On The Day 2015

 Thank you for registering to attend the Hawkes Bay Anaesthetic Technicians 'Life Stages'  Seminar. Here is some information that might be helpful on the day.

 Saturday 17th May 

08:00  Registration opens

09:00  First Session opens

10:30  Registration closes (for latecomers and those travelling distance)

17:00  Saturday Session closes

19:00  Pre dinner drinks   @ The Post

19:30  Dinner @ The Post

Sunday 18th May

09:00  Sunday session opens

12:30  Sunday session closes

Parking at Hawke’s Bay hospital is free of charge, and over the weekend there will be plenty of space. We suggest that you park in the main car park which is accessed from Omahu Road. Alternatively, there is limited parking around the A&E dept which is accessed from Gate 5 in Canning Street.

The seminar, which is held in the Education Centre, will be well signposted from the main hospital entrance. We’ve attached a PDF map of the hospital for your information…the Education centre is numbered 14.  Hawkes_Bay_Hospital_Map.pdf

If you are arriving in Hawke’s Bay by air, there is no bus service from the airport to the hospital, so you must arrange taxis or “super shuttle”. 

If you’re driving, Hawke’s Bay Hospital is situated on Omahu Road in Hastings, which is easily found if travelling on  State Highway 50A (the Napier Hastings Expressway) from either North or South.
